Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of development of molecular markers for breeding Yangtze River coilia ectenes, in particular to a transcriptome-based rapid identification method for polymorphism EST-SSRs of Yangtze River coilia ectenes. On the basis of brain transcriptome data of bred Yangtze River coilia ectenes female and male individuals, 1082 polymorphic EST-SSRs (19.07%) are screened from 5675 bred Yangtze River coilia ectenes female and male transcriptome common EST-SSR sequences, 20 sites are randomly selected to design specific PCR amplification primers for validity and polymorphism verification, results show that 19 pairs of EST-SSRs can be amplified to obtain stable and clear bands, and 19 pairs of EST-SSRs can be amplified to obtain stable and clear EST-SSRs; wherein 18 pairs have polymorphism (the polymorphism rate is about 90%), the detection efficiency is high, and the current germplasm resource situation of the Yangtze River coilia ectenes cultured groups in different years can be
