The OfMYB1R70 gene is an MYB1R transcription factor gene, and the nucleotide sequence of the OfMYB1R70 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. According to the invention, the full length of the gene sequence is obtained through cloning, an over-expression vector is constructed, and instantaneous transformation of the nicotiana benthamiana is carried out.
