The isolation cabin ventilation system comprises an air supply trunk, an air feeder, a plurality of deck ventilation channels, an air exhaust trunk and an exhaust fan. The air supply trunk comprises an air inlet, an air supply channel and a plurality of air supply outlets, and the air inlet is communicated with the outside of the isolation cabin. The air feeder is arranged at the air inlet, located outside the isolation cabin and used for feeding air outside the isolation cabin into the air inlet.
