The hydrophobic-based mineral material waterproof coiled material comprises an isolating membrane, a first asphalt coating material layer, a base, a second asphalt coating material layer and a surface protection layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the surface protection layer is made of a hydrophobic mineral material, and the hydrophobic mineral material comprises 4000 parts by weight of washed schist, 8-10 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent and 75-100 parts by weight of hydrogenated mineral oil. The hydrophobic-based mineral material waterproof coiled material has a waterproof effect, can effectively prevent water vapor from being in contact with the coiled material, is high in adhesive
