The adsorption device comprises a solar generator, a solar refrigerator, a solar heat collector, an organic Rankine cycle generator, a flue gas pressurization and cooling subsystem, a carbon dioxide adsorption subsystem, a carbon dioxide desorption subsystem and a carbon dioxide liquefaction subsystem.
