Zusammenfassung:	A method and system is disclosed that identifies user interactions with one or more medical devices, determines a compliance score associated with a first user based on the one or more interactions and a predetermined set of rules, and determines a compliance score associated with the first user in response to the compliance score not satisfying a threshold compliance score. The method includes receiving one or more interactions, reducing a level of user access to at least one of the one or more medical devices, and generating a training program associated with the at least one medical device and the one or more interactions, and automatically sending a training package associated with the training program to the user without user participation, and notifying the user to use the training package to complete the training program.
