The moving body has a first moving body part and a second moving body part. The first moving body moves in the axial direction in the axial path on the basis of the control pressure. The second moving body portion is disposed on the guide window in a state of engaging with the first moving body portion, and has a curved plate shape extending along the inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole. The first moving body portion has an engagement portion exposed from the guide window. The second moving body portion has an engaged portion that engages with the engaging portion. The engaged portion has a plate shape that protrudes from the inner peripheral edge of the second communication path in the second moving body portion and is bent toward the inside of the guide window.
