A mold mounted on a cylinder of an extrusion device has: an inflow port for supplying molten resin from the cylinder; a plurality of holes for discharging strands made of molten resin; a resin flow path section (22) extending in the flow path direction from the inlet to the plurality of holes; and a plate member (11) that is movable in the vertical direction so as to protrude to the resin flow path section (22). The plate member (11) is attached in the X direction and moves in the vertical direction such that both ends of the plate member (11) in the X direction are in contact with the inner wall of the resin flow path section (22).
