Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method of preparing an acellular human amnion derived composition configured for therapeutic use, the method generally comprising the steps of obtaining amnion tissue; detecting pathogens of the amniotic tissue; cleaning the amniotic tissue; manually removing blood-containing chorionic tissue from the amniotic tissue, and decellularizing the amniotic tissue with a non-heterogeneous enzyme; collecting amniotic cells from the decellularized amniotic tissue; inoculating amniotic cells for culture into a non-heterogeneity culture medium prepared for the mesenchymal stem cells; enabling the amniotic cells to grow to a specific confluence degree; collecting a conditioned medium; freezing the collected conditioned medium; wherein the method further comprises irradiating the conditioned medium.
