Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a topology management balance scheduling self-adaptive caching scheme, which is mainly applied to a software defined small cell network (SDCN), and is characterized in that the topology management balance scheduling self-adaptive caching scheme can be applied to the software defined small cell network (SDCN); the method comprises the following steps: firstly, on the basis of network topology management, dividing small base stations (SBSs) in different interference areas by using a greedy algorithm; furthermore, by taking balance of user equipments (UEs) receiving coding caches as a target, a balance scheduling cache model is established, and an optimal solution of the balance scheduling cache model is searched through a binary search algorithm; and finally, designing a self-adaptive coding cache strategy to cope with the change of network traffic.
