Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a power distribution network hydrogen energy storage regulation and control system and method, and the system comprises a new energy power generation module, a power distribution network electric quantity regulation and control module and a hydrogen energy storage module, and the power distribution network electric quantity regulation and control module is connected with the new energy power generation module and the hydrogen energy storage module. The hydrogen energy storage module comprises an electrolyzed water energy storage unit, a hydrogen storage unit and a hydrogen fuel cell power generation unit, and the electrolyzed water energy storage unit is sequentially connected with the hydrogen storage unit and the hydrogen fuel cell power generation unit. According to the invention, the power distribution network electric quantity regulation and control module is used for converting the generated energy which exceeds the power demand and is obtained from the new energy power generatio
