Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a NiPc/PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) modified PE (Polyethylene) diaphragm, which comprises the following steps: S1, dispersing 4-nitrophthalonitrile and nickel chloride in ethylene glycol to ensure that the concentration of the 4-nitrophthalonitrile in a reaction system is 0.010 mol/L to 0.020 mol/L and the concentration of the nickel chloride in the reaction system is 0.004 mol/L to 0.006 mol/L; adding ammonium molybdate which accounts for 0.2-0.4% of the mass of the reaction system as a catalyst into the reaction system; sealing the reaction container, carrying out solvothermal reaction at 150-170 DEG C for 16-25 hours, washing the product with water, and drying to obtain NiPc; s2, NiPc and PVDF are mixed, NMP is added to just submerge NiPc and PVDF, stirring and ultrasonic dispersion are combined, and uniform slurry is obtained; and impregnating the front and back surfaces of a PE film in the slurry for 3-5 times by adopting a dip-coating method, and drying |
