The method comprises the steps that a data storage service receives a storage request of target file data, and the storage request carries data attribute information of the target file data; a first storage medium matched with the data attribute information is determined for the target file data, the data storage service comprises at least two medium types, and the at least two medium types comprise the medium type to which the first storage medium belongs; and storing the target file data to a first storage address in the first storage medium.
