The method comprises the following steps: performing defuzzification processing on an initial point, and calculating a first real distance and a whole cycle number; next data to be defuzzified is taken, and data interruption judgment is carried out; if not, calculating an increment accumulated value and a second real distance; and comparing the first real distance with the second real distance to obtain an actually measured distance.
