The device comprises an oil supply pump, and the input end of the oil supply pump is connected with an oil supply end; the input end of the oil supply electromagnetic valve is connected with the output end of the oil supply pump, the oil supply electromagnetic valve comprises a first output end and a second output end, the first output end is connected with the fuel oil input end of the heat engine, and the second output end is connected with the input end of the oil supply pump; in the first state, the first output end is closed, the second output end is opened, and fuel oil forms an oil supply loop between the oil supply pump and the oil supply electromagnetic valve; and in the second state, the fuel oil flow in the oil supply loop reaches a preset ignition set value, the first output end is opened, the second output end is closed, and the thermomotor ignites.
