The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring the current temperature and the current phase current value of an IGBT device of a vehicle; determining a corresponding limiting current value of the IGBT device at the current temperature according to the temperature of the IGBT device; comparing the temperature with a preset temperature to obtain a first comparison result, and/or comparing the current phase current value with a limiting current value under a preset proportion to obtain a second comparison result; according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result, whether the compressor is in a normal working state or an overheat working state or an overload working state is determined; and finally, the compressor is controlled to start and stop and/or the rotating speed of the compressor is adjusted according to the working state
