Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly discloses a non-asphalt-based on-site coiled material which is of a multi-layer stacked structure and sequentially comprises a first waterproof coating, a reinforced matrix layer and a second waterproof coating from bottom to top, and the first waterproof coating and the second waterproof coating are made of acrylate spraying film materials. According to the non-asphalt-based on-site coiled material, an acrylate film spraying reaction type material is adopted to replace a modified asphalt waterproof coating material serving as a main material of a waterproof coating of the existing on-site coiled material, and the original curing after moisture solvent volatilization is changed into reaction curing, so that the molding time of the waterproof coating material is greatly shortened; objective conditions such as air temperature and humidity required by construction are reduced, and the problems that an existing coiled ma
