Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of antistatic bi-component fibers, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a core layer material: adding a carbon nanotube, polyethylene glycol terephthalate, polyethylene, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an antioxidant and a lubricant into a high-speed mixer for blending and extrusion to obtain particles with uniform particle size, namely the core layer material of the antistatic bi-component fibers; s2, preparing a skin layer material: using polyethylene glycol terephthalate particles as the skin layer material; s3, drying: respectively putting the core layer material prepared in the step S1 and the skin layer material prepared in the step S2 into a vacuum oven for drying; and S4, melt spinning: putting the core layer material and the skin layer material dried in the step S3 into a skin-core structure spinning assembly for spinning to obtain a protofilament, then stretching the protofilament by using a drawing machine, and rolling to obtain the ant |
