Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to monosaccharide kinase capable of catalytically generating L-arabinose-1-phosphoric acid as well as a coding gene and application of the monosaccharide kinase. The amino acid sequence of the monosaccharide kinase is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the nucleotide sequence of the monosaccharide kinase is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The monosaccharide kinase can generate corresponding monosaccharide 1-phosphoric acid by taking L-arabinose or L-ribose as a substrate, so that the problem that the monosaccharide kinase for catalyzing the L-arabinose to generate the L-arabinose-1-phosphoric acid is lacked in the process of synthesizing nucleotide sugar by a biological enzyme method is solved.
