Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses sphingomonas PAH02, a microbial preparation and application of the sphingomonas PAH02 as a cadmium-reducing and selenium-enriching functional conditioner for crops. The sphingomonas PAH02 is screened and separated from heavy metal polluted paddy soil, has good cadmium tolerance and can promote enrichment of selenium in soil by crops, the sphingomonas PAH02 is prepared into a microbial inoculum to be inoculated to rhizosphere of crop seedlings, secondary inoculation is performed in the tillering stage of the crops, the cadmium content in agricultural products in the mature stage can be remarkably reduced, meanwhile, the selenium enrichment amount is increased, and the selenium enrichment amount is increased. The method can be used for planting crops in medium-low-degree cadmium polluted soil on a large scale, and selenium-rich agricultural products with the cadmium content safely reaching the standard are obtained.
