Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a clean boiler fuel which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 48-52% of industrial methanol, 25-30% of fusel, 15-20% of a calorific value synergist, 1-4% of a phase stabilizer and 0.05-1% of an anti-corrosion anti-swelling agent, and the fusel is obtained by dehydrating a by-product of coal-to-methanol. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the clean boiler fuel. The clean boiler fuel has the advantages of high calorific value and low cost, and solves the problems of high basic investment and serious environmental pollution of fuels such as coal, residual oil and the like, and high fuel cost, insufficient source and the like of fuels such as diesel oil, natural gas and the like in the prior art. 本发明公开一种清洁锅炉燃料,按照100%计,由以下重量份的原料组成:工业甲醇48-52%,杂醇25-30%,热值增效剂15-20%,相稳定剂1-4%,防腐抗溶胀剂0.05-1%,其中,所述杂醇为煤制甲醇的副产物经过脱水所得。同时,本发明还公开所述清洁锅炉燃料的制备方法。所述清洁锅炉燃料,具有高热值、低成本的优点,解决了现有技术中煤、渣油等燃料存在的基础投资大、环境污染严重,以及柴油、天然气等燃料存在的燃料成本高、来源不充分等问题。
