Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of electromagnetic wave-absorbing and high polymer material processing, and particularly relates to a PEEK-based composite wave-absorbing 3D printing wire and a preparation method thereof.The wire is prepared from, by weight, 10-40 parts of polyether-ether-ketone resin powder, 60-90 parts of a modified coating absorbent, 0.5-2 parts of a lubricating agent and 0.5-1 part of a coupling agent. According to the invention, carbonyl iron powder and ferrite with excellent wave-absorbing performance are used as absorbents, but the absorbents are small in particle, large in specific surface area, large in interaction force among particles, easy to agglomerate in particle, and poor in compatibility between the absorbents and polyether-ether-ketone resin in a melting processing process, so that the absorption performance of the polyether-ether-ketone resin is greatly improved, and the service life of the polyether-ether-ketone resin is prolonged.
