Multipurpose horizontal air fryer

The invention relates to a multipurpose horizontal air fryer which comprises a machine base, a hot air assembly and a cover body hinged to the machine base. A heating cavity used for containing food materials is formed in the machine base. The cover body turns over relative to the base so as to close or open the top opening and the front side opening of the heating cavity; the hot air assembly corresponds to the rear side of the heating cavity, and the air outlet end of the hot air assembly communicates with the heating cavity; the machine base is provided with a transverse rotating assembly used for driving food materials to rotate around a transverse shaft and a vertical rotating assembly used for driving the food materials to rotate around the vertical direction. The hot air assembly, the transverse rotating assembly and the vertical rotating assembly are electrically connected with a control system on the machine base.
