According to the method, a single-node CA of a traditional public key infrastructure is changed into a multi-node CA which is arranged on a block chain and carries out certificate issuing/verification cooperatively, and cryptographic algorithms such as signature and zero-knowledge proof based on attributes are introduced, so that the identity represented by a certificate is finer in granularity; the method comprises the steps of system initialization, user initialization, certificate signing and issuing, certificate verification, certificate revocation and the like.
