Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a ZIF-67 (at) rGO (at) NiPc composite electrode material, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing a material: (1) dispersing graphene oxide in an ethylene glycol solution, adding nickel chloride, 4-nitrophthalonitrile and ammonium molybdate, and stirring to prepare a suspension; (2) heating, preserving heat, cooling and filtering the suspension to obtain a bluish violet precipitate; (3) washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, draining, and drying for 12-24 hours to obtain rGO-coated NiPc powder; (4) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the powder to prepare a methanol suspension; (5) adding cobalt nitrate and nickel nitrate to obtain a mixed suspension; (6) adding a methanol solution, stirring and dissolving; (7) pouring into a 2-methylimidazole methanol solution, and keeping for 24 hours; and (8) centrifugally separating and collecting the product, washing for three times, and drying for 12 hours to obtain the product.
