The method comprises the following steps: before querying, storing the communication ticket in a disk database; storing the configuration file of the communication ticket in a memory database; establishing a client-level index table based on the frequency of querying the communication ticket by the user, so that the index corresponding to the user with higher frequency of querying the communication ticket in the client-level index table is higher, and storing the client-level index table in a memory database; and in response to receiving a request for querying the client-level communication ticket, executing the following steps for querying: reading the client-level index table; querying all communication tickets based on the information of the client-level index table; processing and summarizing all the queried communication tickets |
