The diamond vibration reduction grinding and polishing mechanism comprises a rotatable grinding disc, a clamp and a clamp controller. The clamp comprises a diamond piece fixing device, a rotating power device and a spring vibration reduction assembly. The diamond sheet fixing device is connected below the rotary power device and is driven by the rotary power device to rotate; the spring damping assembly is arranged above the rotary power device and is in sliding connection with the rotary power device through a guide rail groove; a cooling mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the rotary power device; a mistaken touch sensor is arranged on the side face of the diamond piece fixing device and electrically connected with the clamp controller. According to the grinding and polishing mechanism, in the grinding process, vibration source energy generating vibration is transmitted int
