The flue-cured tobacco seedling culture substrate is high in water-retaining property, low in cost, simple in formula, capable of using local materials and quite suitable for being applied and popularized in the basic level, the labor cost and the water consumption can be reduced by adopting the seedling culture substrate with the high water-retaining property and combining a wet seedling culture method, and the flue-cured tobacco seedling culture su
