The present disclosure relates to a powder blend for use in laminated manufacturing, the powder blend comprising a particulate metal binder material for the powder blend, abrasive particles, and a separation reducing additive, where the separation reducing additive comprises silica nanoparticles. According to another aspect, the present disclosure relates to a method of making such a powder blend and uses of the powder blend.
