Zusammenfassung:According to the inland river crossover meeting risk identification and decision-making method based on the ship traffic flow, crossover schemes, namely crossover interval duration and crossover paths, and ship meeting risk perception and decision-making are quantitatively studied by constructing a new model, and a ship meeting risk model based on visual perception is constructed. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting a fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation model, comparing the fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation model with a traditional fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation model, identifying and deciding an encounter risk of a crossover scheme and an actual ship traffic flow, and proposing a crossover scheme meeting efficiency and safety.
