The method comprises the following steps: establishing a macroscopic three-dimensional model of a roller and a plate by utilizing finite element software based on the roller size and the plate size used in an actual rolling process, obtaining corresponding macroscopic constitutive parameters of a titanium alloy material with known components, and setting a macroscopic constitutive equation of the titanium alloy material; then simulating a rolling compounding process of the titanium alloy plate under the set process parameters, and extracting load information of the region of interest; based on the section metallographic structure diagram of the titanium alloy plate, utilizing finite element software to establish a three-dimensional phase structure model, obtaining microscopic constitutive parameters corresponding to e |
