Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a touch dimming device and a touch dimming method. The touch dimming device comprises a touch panel and an active color-changing film. The touch panel includes a first electrode and a second electrode to perform touch detection according to a coupling capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode. The active color-changing film comprises a third electrode and is used for changing the light transmittance of a polymer layer in the active color-changing film according to the voltage difference between the second electrode and the third electrode. Therefore, due to the fact that the touch panel and the active color-changing film share the second electrode, the overall size of the touch dimming device can be reduced.
