Zusammenfassung:The embodiment of the invention discloses a diffractive optical waveguide device and near-to-eye display equipment. The diffractive optical waveguide device includes: an optical waveguide substrate; the optical waveguide substrate comprises a first grating area, the first grating area of the optical waveguide substrate comprises at least two grating sub-areas with different refractive indexes, the refractive indexes in the grating sub-areas are the same, and each grating sub-area corresponds to primary light coupling output; the first grating structure is located in the first grating area, the first grating structure is arranged on one side of the optical waveguide substrate, the first grating structure is used for coupling and outputting light in the optical waveguide substrate, and the heights of grating lines of the first grating structure are the same. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the uniformity of emergent light is adjusted through different refractive in
