The invention discloses a disposable in-vitro rapid detection reagent device which comprises a box body and a box cover, the box body and the box cover are connected in a sealed mode through a protruding strip and a clamping groove in the prior art, the box body is square, the box cover is semicircular, a sampling device is arranged in the box body, and a detection device is arranged in the box cover. The sampling device comprises a sampling mechanism and a contraction mechanism; and the sampling mechanism comprises an I-shaped plate which is connected in the box body in a sliding manner. By arranging the sampling device, sampling of tartar on teeth of multiple parts can be achieved at a time, operation is easy and convenient, sampling operation can be completed without additionally arranging cotton swabs, toothpicks and the like, the device is cleaner and more sanitary, the operation convenience of the device is improved, and the sampling efficiency of the device is improved; by arranging the contraction mec
