Brake-by-wire system test system and method

The invention relates to a brake-by-wire system test system. The system comprises an upper computer module which comprises a modeling simulation unit, an upper computer management unit, a virtual instrument development unit and a bus test calibration unit; the communication module comprises a bus analyzer; the real-time module comprises a real-time processor board card, a communication board card, a data acquisition board card, a fault injection board card, a real-time PXI controller and a case; the brake-by-wire module comprises an environment bin, a brake-by-wire actuator, a brake-by-wire controller and a rotary friction element; the load dynamometer module comprises a load dynamometer and a dynamometer control cabinet; the sensor module comprises a rotating speed sensor and a torque sensor; and the power supply module comprises a UPS (uninterruptible power supply), a battery simulator and a programmable direct-current power supply. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages of verifying the
