The hydrogel is prepared by adopting a physical blending method, metal ions and polyphenol groups are coordinated firstly, the metal ions are wrapped by a substance rich in the polyphenol groups, then the metal ions and polyphenol ligands are mixed with sodium alginate, hydrogen bonds and ionic bonds are formed to be combined, and the stable and uniform hydrogel is prepared.
