A refraction measurement device that measures a refraction property of an eye by two light beams respectively passing through two holes, the device comprising: a first rotating member rotatably supported about a first center of rotation equipped with two holes on either side of the first center of rotation; and a second rotating member rotatably supported about a second center of rotation and equipped with light-transmitting portion (s) and light-shielding portion (s) at different rotational direction positions.
