The electromechanically drivable brake pressure generator comprises an electric motor (18) for generating a drive rotational speed; a planetary gear mechanism (22) driven on the input side by the electric motor (18) for performing a reduction of the driving rotational speed to a low speed; and a hydraulic module (30), which is connected on the output side to the planetary gear (22) in order to generate a brake pressure.
