Monodisperse absorbable polyester polymer composition

Described herein are novel compositions comprising an absorbable polyester polymer (e.g., poly-L-lactic acid particles), including novel compositions for use as novel collagen dermal implants and having unique physical properties compared to similar compositions previously known and/or used in the art.
