The method comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting a sample; step 2, obtaining a uranium-containing experimental medium; 3, carrying out green alteration sandstone simulation experiments under different temperature conditions; 4, taking out an experimental sample in the step 3 after the experiment, cleaning, drying in a drying oven at 50 DEG C, and observing the sandstone color; and 5, observing the red sandstone and the alteration product thereof by using a scanning electron microscope.
