The invention provides a device system for detecting the softening degree of asphalt in real time and a detection method thereof. The device system comprises a detection unit and a signal conversion unit which are electrically connected with each other, the detection unit comprises a box body, and a laser emitting device, a heating device, a laser receiving device and a pressure applying device which are arranged in the box body. The detection method comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially paving a sand layer and an asphalt layer in a box body, and placing a pressure applying device after asphalt is completely solidified; (2) starting a heating device and a laser emitting device, receiving an optical signal in real time by using a laser receiving device, and converting the optical signal into an electric signal; and (3) converting the electric signal of the laser receiving device into a visual signal by using a signal conversion unit.
