The excavation design construction method comprises the steps that S101, a middle pilot tunnel is excavated, and a corresponding middle partition wall is constructed; s102, an upper step of the right main hole and an upper step of the left main hole are excavated, and a first layer of primary support is constructed; s103, excavating a lower middle step of the right main hole and a lower middle step of the left main hole, and performing secondary lining of the left main hole after a second layer of primary support is constructed; s104, a right auxiliary road right pilot tunnel primary support and a right auxiliary road right tunnel bottom primary support are constructed; constructing a left auxiliary road left pilot tunnel primary support and a left auxiliary road left tunnel bottom primary support; s105, a right auxiliary road arch part primary support, a right auxiliary road left tunnel bottom primary support and a right
