According to the method, lithium carbonate and boron-10 acid are used as raw materials, molybdenum trioxide and tungsten trioxide are used as fluxing agents, seed crystals are added after heating and melting in a crystal growth furnace, and the boron 10-LBO crystals are obtained through cooling growth. The method solves the problem that the boron 10-LBO crystal is easy to crack due to the fact that when molybdenum oxide-tungsten oxide is adopted as a novel fluxing agent, the melt viscosity is small, material flow and mass transfer are facilitated, and the high-quality boron 10-LBO crystal is grown and is not easy to crack.
