Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides a composite polyurethane rubber coating layer and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method of the composite polyurethane rubber coating layer comprises the steps that polyester polyol, polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, diisocyanate and R are used as raw materials to synthesize a polyurethane prepolymer, and R is selected from trimethylolpropane, triisopropanolamine and 1, 3-propylene glycol; the solvent is at least one of 1, 4-butanediol; heating and mixing the polyurethane prepolymer and an auxiliary agent to obtain a first sizing material; heating and mixing the first sizing material and a chain extender to obtain a prepolymer sizing material; pouring the prepolymer sizing material onto the surface of the rubber layer, and compounding into a whole to prepare a composite blank; and vulcanizing the composite blank to prepare the composite polyurethane rubber coating layer.
