The embodiment of the invention provides a drum-type grinding machine, and relates to the technical field of grinding. The drum-type grinding machine comprises a shell, a drum, a rotating shaft and an ultrasonic generator. The roller is rotationally arranged in the shell and used for containing materials and turning over and stirring the materials contained in the roller so as to grind the materials. The two ends of the rotating shaft are connected with the shell respectively, and the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the roller. The ultrasonic generator is arranged on the rotating shaft, so that the ultrasonic generator sends ultrasonic waves to all directions in the roller and acts on the materials under the condition that the rotating shaft rotates, the agglomerated materials are crushed, material particles are prevented from clustering or scaling on the inner wall of the roller, and the grinding quality and the grinding efficiency of the materials are remarkably improved; and the production cost of
