Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a hydraulic shock absorption type damping device for preventing wind deflection of an angle tower side phase jumper wire and a using method of the hydraulic shock absorption type damping device. The damping device comprises two horizontal additional insulator strings connected with jumper wire insulator strings in a matched mode and hydraulic dampers connected between the jumper wire insulator strings and the horizontal additional insulator strings. The horizontal additional insulator strings and the hydraulic damper form the damping device, the jumper insulator string and the two horizontal additional insulator strings are vertically arranged under the normal condition without external force, the two horizontal additional insulator strings are not extruded, and the hydraulic damper almost has no damping force; when wind power acts on the angle tower jumper wire and the jumper wire insulator chain, the hydraulic damper generates external damping for shock absorption and energy dissipati
