The material is composed of 100 parts of brominated butyl rubber, 40-60 parts of ultrafine particle carbon black, 30-50 parts of white carbon black, 20-60 parts of a filler, 10-30 parts of a plasticizer, 1-3 parts of an acid-base regulator, 6-8 parts of a nano-antibacterial agent, 1-3 parts of a release agent, 2-6 parts of a reactive anti-aging agent MC, 10-40 parts of a Tg regulator, 2-10 parts of an activator, 1-2 parts of an activating auxiliary agent and 4-16 parts of a vulcanizing agent.
