Zusammenfassung:	A projection system of the present disclosure includes: a light source that outputs light of a plurality of colors; a display panel including a light modulation element provided for each pixel and modulating light output from the light source; a projection optical system that projects light that has passed through the display panel; and a controller that controls the light output of each color of the light source in a time axis direction. This configuration is employed to improve the brightness of a projected image/screen and prevent color mixing in field sequential driving. 本公开内容的投影系统包括：输出多种色彩的光的光源；包括为每个像素设置的光调制元件并调制从所述光源输出的光的显示面板；投影已穿过所述显示面板的光的投影光学系统；和沿时间轴方向控制所述光源的每种色彩的光输出的控制器。采用这种配置以实现改善投影图像/屏幕的亮度和防止场序驱动中的色彩混合。
