Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a single-power-supply positive and negative square wave generation circuit which comprises a coupling capacitor, a control circuit and an output circuit. A control signal Vcontrol is accessed to the control circuit through the coupling capacitor, and the control circuit is used for controlling the single power supply to generate positive and negative square waves and outputting the positive and negative square waves through the output circuit; the circuit design cost and complexity can be reduced, the reliability is improved, and the defect that positive and negative square waves can be generated only by providing positive and negative power supplies in the prior art is effectively overcome.
