The invention discloses an image processing method, device and system based on a mesh light spot, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a discrete light spot image formed by a linear laser beam on a target mesh; wherein the discrete light spot image comprises at least four sections of laser light spots; identifying a coverage area of each laser point in the discrete light spot image and extracting a centroid coordinate of each laser point based on the coverage area; selecting at least four target areas from the discrete light spot image; wherein the target areas are in one-to-one correspondence with the laser spots, and each target area comprises a plurality of laser spots; and carrying out linear fitting on the centroid coordinates in each target area to obtain a fitting line used for judging the deflection condition and distance of the target mesh. The image processing method based on the mesh light spots can solve the technical problem that it is difficult to form an eff
